(1-c) Purpose of the Processing
Subject of the business of Glennair Training Centre Limited is to conduct training in the aviation sector worldwide. We fulfil all requirements by the European Aviation Safety Agency and numerous national aviation authorities in the field of aviation training and are therefore fully authorized to issue certificates on the successful participation of approved training, which are key for aircraft mechanics and technicians to acquire specific qualifications to perform tasks in aircraft maintenance and overhaul.
We would like to invite you to get in contact with us to be informed about our broad range of training courses, receive further information on courses, on prices or to ask for a quotation.
For these purposes we ask for some of your personal data in our contact forms on condition that you agree on providing these data.

Your inquiries are obtained and processed by the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Team of Glennair Training Centre Limited.
(2-a)
In case you are not going to attend one of our training courses your record will be erased one year after you have provided your data.
In case you shall decide to enrol in one of our courses we are liable to store all participants data for an infinite period as required by EASA Part-147 A.125.

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your data. (Art. 15)
You have the right on rectification of your personal data. (Art. 16)
You have the right on portability of your personal data in a computer readable format. (Art. 20)
You have the right to demand deletion of your personal data if you have not enrolled in one of our classes since on that condition we are obliged to store all participants data for an infinitive period in compliance with EASA 147. A.125. (Art. 17)
You have the right to demand the limitation of the processing. (Art. 18)
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. (Art. 21)

You have the right to withdraw your consent of having your data processed at any time via email to michael@glennair.co.uk
Should you have previously enrolled in one of our training courses or will have enrolled in one such,
are we in compliance with EASA 147.A.125 bound to store your data for an infinitive period.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. (Art. 77)
(2-e)
Should you enrol in one of our training courses are we obliged in compliance with EASA Part-147. A.125 to obtain and process your personal data and store your personal data for an infinitive period of time.
